A sun-soaked in-home family session in Dublin, Ohio, was how I kicked off my spring, and boy, was it lovely. This family welcomed me into their home, and we spent our morning together playing games, cuddling, and giving lots of kisses to baby brother.

HOW DO I KEEP TODDLERS ENTERTAINED DURING A SESSION

So much of my process involves meeting kids where they are at. Most toddlers are busy bodies, and I am completely used to it. To sum it up: we do what they want 😉 Truly! If they want to move from space to space, we move. If they want to bring their toys + stuffies into the pictures, we’ll grab them! One thing you should know, though, is that I am a pro at redirecting kids. So while I am all for doing what a toddler wants to do in order to keep the smile on their face, I also excel at gently guiding them to the outcome we actually want.
